Price Comparison of an Apartment Building in the Břeclav Cadastral Area According to the Valid Valuation Regulations

The Diploma work includes the valuation of a flat-building according to the valuation rules in Břeclav.The main line of this work is to give information about valuation of properties and concepts, which connented with these questions. In the conkrete there is a fixed price of flat-building and there are for methods for valuation of properties. The first task is to appoint the price of flat-building as a whole and the second is to appoint the prices of flats. The price of flat-building also includes outdoor alterations. There are used the methods for valuation. For flat-building it is a load and a decree way and their combination and for flats it is a comparing method.In the end it is necessary to find out the change of price of flat-buiding if the ownership is change. We found out that if the price will be appoint according to the combination of the load the decree wayand comparing method, the price of the sum of accommodation units will be higher than price of combi ation of the load and the decree way.

Study of the two-axle semi-trailers used in the agriculture

This bachelor thesis deals with tandem trailers connected to tractors and their use in agriculture. Main part of the work is devoted to the structural elements and nodes of these machines. Another part I described by some national and foreign manufacturers of transport equipment used in agriculture. The remain part is devoted to the legislative conditions connected with this issue, the overview of technical parameters of individual product categories and their subsequent critical analysis.

Construction contract documentation management

The bachelor´s thesis aims to describe the documentation management systems according to applicable laws and standards related to the construction contract. The theoretical part defines the types of documentation according to their binding a function together with their processing mechanisms. The basic technical requirements for the construction order documentation management systém are also described. For this purpose, 2 leading suppliers of information systems in the Czech Republic are introduced. The practical part describes the construction work Strengthening the water management functions of a small water reservoir in Dolní Babákov, which was implemented by the construction company Instav Hlinsko a.s. Attention is paid mainly to the documentation that was created in connection with the construction work and their manipulation within the implementation and archiving. The conclusion of the bachelor´s thesis is the evaluation of the construction order documentation management systém of a construction company , its effectiveness and possible suggestions for improvement in the areas of dostribution or performance.

Third part describes suggestions for improvement of economy of city district Brno-střed with aspect to the next budgeting period.

The master's thesis will analyze the current form and implementation of the principle of inclusive education in Czech elementary schools. The work will focus not only on the form of inclusive education itself, but also take into account its legislative basis in our country and compare it with the legislation of other countries that use it. The work will discuss the everyday reality of inclusion in elementary school, when the case study method will be used. The situation during the Covid-19 pandemic, which concerned inclusive education with many challenges, will also be taken into account. Organization of a long-term school trip

This thesis deals with organization of a long-term school trip, which means organization of a sojourn for primary school pupils in surrounding which is beneficial to pupils' health while their education is not interrupted. The theoretical part of this thesis is focused on those law regulations, which have to be followed in the process of organizing a long-term school trip and during the time the event is taking place. Basic concepts dealing with the organization of a long-term school trip are also defined in the theoretical part of this thesis. The practical part of this thesis is based on collecting data through a survey and dialogues with teachers. The aim of the survey and those dialogues is to find out the interest of primary school teachers who teach at schools located in Prague 1 and in Prague 2 in organizing a long- term school trip and to detect their experience which they have acquired by organizing long- school trips. Principles of regulation of advertisin in historic city centres with regard to the visual identity of the city

This bachelor thesis deals with the principles of advertising regulation in historic city centers with respect to the visual identity of the city. The subject of the work was created in the spirit of the following idea: If we want to stop for a while in the city landscape andtake a moment to observe it, discover its interesting and valuable details, and not just pass through it so quickly, we encounter a lot of visual obstacles that make this impossible. Our senses become too exhausted and we soon feel tired as a result of all the messages we are trying to evaluate. That is why we often resort to fleeing to the safety of our homes instead of enjoying the atmosphere of the historic part of the city, for example. The primary goal of the work was to discover and clarify how the promotion of establishments is approached in general and what role municipalities themselves can playin this. First, however, it was necessary to define outdoor advertising and characterize itsbasic properties, even in the context of its historical development, because without it, the work could not be complete.
